Who can defeat Lucifer Morningstar?

Lucifer is the pinnaclal of nigh Omnipotience. He is categorized as the second most powerful being in the Vertigo universe. In Mike Carey's run Lucifer was the first villain to question God. All villains and their actions of evil are manifestations of what Lucifer originally started by questioning God immediately upon being created to just serve him. The Supreme Beings of the universes can defeat Lucifer Morningstar. These are the beings who represent the 3 Os ( Omnipotience Omniscient Omnipresent) in their universe aka God. BUT at the same time Lucifer was able to escape his Supreme Beings control at the conclusion of Mike Carey's run of the character aka “Overvoid Lucifer". Omega Beyonder achieved the same thing when he unretconned himself and escaped TOAAs control.
