Was Lucifer’s fight with Michael before the creation or after?

id Lucifer ever “fight” with Michael the Archangel, or is this just another Christian myth like: the ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE Baalam’s talking ass god fighting a multi-headed sea monster with a sword (?) Why would an an all-powerful god need a sword, and why would he murder one of his more interesting creations? But I digress. Getting back to the subject at hand… Who the hell was Lucifer, pardon the pun? It is important to note that Lucifer was only mentioned one time in the entire bible, and that verse was about an arrogant human king, not a fallen angel. How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! (Isaiah 14:12) This is metaphorical language, along the lines of “pride goeth before a fall.” Named angels like Michael and Gabriel were never mentioned in the bible until after the Babylonian captivity and were probably picked up there. Today christians equate Satan with Lucifer, but that does not come from the bible, but from imaginative poets like John Milton, the author of Paradise Lost. Much of what christians believe about Satan/Lucifer, a dark but fiery “hell,” and a “war in heaven” comes from poets like Dante and Milton, not the bible. How embarrassing that in the 21st century billions of people still believe in make-believe boogeymen like Satan and Lucifer. The christian religion is all about turning adults into frightened children with a make-believe “hell” and make-believe monsters — none of them more monstrous than the baby-killing biblical god Yahweh.
