The first photo (right) was taken and posted to Instagram on September 14, 2019, while the second photo (left) was taken on June 8, 2021, at Norvic Hospital. Surprisingly, it's the same person, Nisha Ghimire, from Nepal.

In 2018, Nisha was at the peak of her career as a top model and actress in the film world.

Companies are scrambling to make her their brand ambassador ; celebrities from Nepal and India, both from the worlds of politics and entertainment, are vying for her attention.

However, in January 2019, when she went to Dehradun, India to hone her acting and modeling skills, fate had a different plan. After a few months there, she had an accident (according to a local tabloid).

Her family couldn't afford her medical expenses, everyone who had once so desperately wanted to be by her side disappeared, and her peak was gone in an instant. She was sent back to Nepal to await her death.

His friends came just to take pictures with him and share them on the internet to get “likes”, without contributing any help.

Politicians, artists, and all their followers suddenly disappeared as if swallowed by the earth.

In the midst of its glory days, there was a businesswoman named Megha Chaudhary who wanted to use her services as a brand ambassador for her product.

Megha found out about Nisha's illness through the internet, especially from the viral photos circulating.

Even though Nisha's manager refused to cooperate with her, Megha was the only person who came to her rescue in the last minutes of her life.

But, ironically, fate said otherwise. Nisha passed away on September 1, 2021.

The harsh reality is, those who cheer us on when we achieve success will most likely leave and not care when we are in difficult times.
