WHEN THEY SAY JESUS IS NOT GOD

 

When talking with Jehovah’s Witnesses or ANYONE who denies the divinity of Jesus, don’t waste time arguing.

Start with this simple question:

“Do you believe the Bible entirely?”

If their answer is no, there’s no need to continue. Just tell them:

“I believe that Jesus is God. You believe what you want. On the last day, you will find out"

But if they say they believe in the Bible, then take them straight to Revelation 1:17-18 (KJV):

"Fear not; I am the first and the last: I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore..."

Now ask these three questions:

1. Who is the Alpha and Omega—the beginning and the end of all things?

(They will say God.)

Then ask

2. Who was speaking in this verse?

(They will say Jesus.)

3. If God is the Alpha and Omega and the Person speaking in this verse also says He died and rose again,

when did God die and rise again?

Their argument collapses here. Because if God is the Alpha and Omega, and Jesus claims that title, and says He died and rose again, then clearly, it is the same Person talking -Jesus is God.

Let the Word of God speak for itself.

Jesus is the Alpha and the Omega. He died and rose again. He is God eternal. His love moved Him to come to us in flesh and blood
