How did Ted Bundy handle his execution?

Ted Bundy tried multiple times to delay his execution. He even attempted to make a last minute deal with the prosecutor to reveal the location of more bodies if they didn't execute him. The prosecutor and the victims families were outraged and denied his request. The night before his execution, he was said to be weeping and praying in his cell. He called his mother twice for comfort in the hours before. And, he ultimately ordered a last meal but didnt touch any of the food. When Bundy was finally executed he walked to the execution chair unaided. While sitting in the chair he was said to be uneasy and didn't maintain eye contact. A metal cap was placed on his head along with a black leather veil. He gave his last words (wishing family and friends love). His body jerked when the 2,000 volts hit him and then his body stiffened against the chair. After two minutes the electricity was turned off and he was pronounced dead at 7:16 a.m..
